Moonpig is always my go-to online store to get birthday cards, Father’s Day cards, thank you cards and of course, Mother’s Day cards. However, it’s only recently I found out that they do such a huge range of gifts too! I love that you can order such beautiful cards along with the perfect gift and have it delivered directly to your loved ones doors. Mother’s Day, which is in precisely five days time, they have such a lovely selection of cards and gifts to choose from for the special mum or motherly figure in your life.

Fresh flowers are always a popular Mother’s Day gift and Moonpig have a gorgeous selection of fresh blooms and plants to choose from. I picked the Luxury 50 Pink Tulips which are just absolutely stunning. Tulips are beautiful flowers anyway, but put 50 pink ones together and you really have something pretty. Just look at them! I think hampers make such lovely gifts for everyone, as you get so many different types and you can also make your own and fill them with someones favourite things. It’s nice to give someone you love a few different gifts rather than one product too and hampers enable you to do just that, usually encased in a pretty box or basket that they can keep hold of afterwards! Moonpig have some amazing pre-made hampers to choose from and I picked up two that I couldn’t be happier with.
The first hamper that I picked is the Chocolate Wicker Hamper which is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. As you can see in the image above, it comes jam packed with chocolate goodies from fudge and honeycomb to shortbread, orange sticks and popcorn. Everything comes in a gorgeous wicker basket that’s perfect to keep on board for those upcoming summer picnics too!
The second hamper I loved the look of was the Cartwright & Butler Afternoon Treat Gift Box which is actually a pretty ideal gift for Mother’s Day. Afternoon teas are really popular when it comes around to Mother’s Day but with lockdown this year and not being able to go out and enjoy one in a cute cafe, this would be a great kit to send to your loved ones doorstep so they can still enjoy the day. It comes with tea, coffee, shortbread, fudge, chocolate wafers and some sweets and it’s all super tasty.
I picked out a couple of lovely candles that Moonpig have to offer too, including a divine Vanilla Yankee Candle and Coconut & Lychee Candle. These pair perfectly with the afternoon tea hamper to make it lovely and cosy – who doesn’t love a candle?!
The last gift I picked out was the Warner’s Raspberry Gin which is definitely a treat for any fellow gin lovers. Made with fresh raspberries, blackberries and hand-picked hedgerow elderflowers it’s absolutely delicious. I wouldn’t usually spend this much on a bottle of gin, so it definitely makes for a lovely gift that’s perfect for a cosy evening at home.
