Some new obsessions from Charlotte Tilbury…
You all know I’m partial to a Charlotte Tilbury purchase and recently a few new additions have landed in my collection, so today I’m going to share what they are – and basically just talk about how obsessed I am. Most of these products have very kindly been gifted to me, which gives me even more reason to rave about them as it’s honestly like Christmas has come early! So without further ado, lets get into the good stuff.
Feelunique x Charlotte Tilbury Stars of the Red Carpet // You honestly have no idea how excited I was when this landed on my doorstep. As much as I adore Charlotte Tilbs products, I am yet to purchase one of the eyeshadow quads, and there is one in this gift set!! I’ve been meaning to buy one for ages, and I actually planned to treat myself to one at Christmas but now I have no need – unless I decide I need another of course. Anyway, this is the first CT quad to my collection and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed! The one I actually had my eye on was the Dolce Vita palette but this one is SO perfect for Christmas that it’s way, way better. The set includes the Vintage Vamp Eyeshadow Palette, a Rock ‘n’ Kohl Eyeliner and a mini Legendary Lashes Mascara. I have tried everything out already and have a bit of a mixed review. Unsurprisingly, I am obsessed with the eyeshadow palette – the shades are creamy, high in pigmentation and look gorgeous together. I particularly like the gold glitter as it really is extremely glittery and perfect for the festive season. The Rock ‘n’ Kohl eyeliner is absolutely fantastic, it’s so pigmented and long lasting that it takes some difficulty to remove if you’ve layered it on well. I struggle to find eyeliners with such good longevity so I’m thrilled with this, it’s in the shade Barbarella Brown which is a deep brown shade and looks gorgeous along my lash line. The Legendary Lashes Mascara is the only product I didn’t get on with, whilst it made my lashes look amazing – it smudged onto my lids which I just can’t be doing with. I’ve heard a lot of raving reviews about this mascara though, so I don’t know if it’s just my oily lids that it doesn’t pair well with. Overall, I think this set is a great gift and if you’re like me and haven’t tried out any of these products before, it’s even better!
Wonderglow // The wonderglow primer is a new found love of mine, I got a miniature in my Beauty Icons Gift Set and I’m completely obsessed. I’ve already mentioned it on my blog, but it makes my skin look completely flawless and gives it a beautiful natural glow with and without makeup on. I’m always sceptical when it comes to primers that claim they ‘blur’ your skin, but this one really does! I use it so much that I’m definitely going to have to purchase the full size some time soon.
Matte Revolution Lipstick in Walk of Shame // I have lusted after this lipstick since last Christmas and I finally got my hands on it a year on. The reason I didn’t get it last year is because it was out of stock everywhere, and so I settled with Bond Girl instead which I also love. I have to say though, I think this is now my favourite CT lipstick of all… it’s just the most wearable red, it’s bold but without being too much. I can see myself wearing this for the majority of winter – it’s my new favourite shade and my favourite lipstick formula!
